Requirements and medical certificate

To qualify for the Yacht Skipper certification, you must meet these requirements:

  • Be over 18 years old.

  • Pass the official theory exam, The test lasts 2 hours and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions on safety, navigation, and nautical charts; at least 28 correct answers are required to pass the test. .
